Locally sourced Red Gravel Fines (also known as Quarry or Gravel Fines) is a versatile and robust product that is easily compacted to create informal meandering pathways, compacted gravel driveways, and alfresco areas. Give your garden a true Australian country feel with this rich, burnt orange fine gravel.
Red Gravel Fines should be compacted to a depth of 50mm for foot traffic and 100mm for light vehicle traffic. We recommend using a compacted sub-base of Crushed Limestone or Blue Metal Roadbase before applying the top layer of Red Gravel Fines.
Red Gravel Fines can be stabilised with Soilbond, SoilGlu, or cement to improve compaction, durability and erosion resistance.
