Stabilising your fines can greatly improve durability, reduce dust, and create a stronger, longer-lasting finish. At Creation Landscape Supplies, we offer three main stabilisation options, Soilbond, cement, and SoilGlu, each suited to different applications and performance needs. We can also batch alternative stabilisers on request for specialised projects.
Soilbond is a naturally derived liquid binder made from Tall Oil Pitch (TOP), a by-product of processing unbleached pine pulp. This material is naturally sticky and provides the strong binding action needed to stabilise fines for roads, paths, and landscaping projects. Because Soilbond is not water-soluble, it won’t wash out during heavy rain, making it a safe and environmentally friendly choice with no harmful runoff.
Its liquid formulation allows for easy, uniform mixing through stockpile batching or in-situ application, creating a firm, compacted surface while maintaining a natural appearance. Soilbond is non-toxic and helps significantly reduce dust without creating a hard, cement-like finish.

SoilGlu is a versatile stabiliser used for both surface (pour-on) and foundation (mix & compact) applications.
